Our client support staff answers calls to our main phone number Tuesdays through Fridays from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our staff can schedule or change appointments, intake new clients, answer basic questions, and provide other information. Our counselors do not typically answer calls to the main number as they are busy doing what they do best: counseling!
Each of our counselors have their own schedules for counseling sessions:

Ellen Larabee: Tuesdays through Thursdays from 10:00am to 7:00pm and Fridays from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Grace Shade: Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9:00am to 7 pm

Tracy Freese: Fridays and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We are located on the west side of Bowling Green on Ridgewood Drive which is close to the Wooster Street and Wintergarden Road intersection. You can find Ridgewood Drive by heading north on Wintergarden after you reach the intersection. It's the first street north of Wooster.
We are in a building next to the animal hospital that has four office suites. Our suite, Suite C, is the one closest to the animal hospital building next door.
Note: Ridgewood Drive actually connects to both Wooster Street and Wintergarden Road. If you're coming from the east on Wooster you can turn right onto Ridgewood after you pass the fire station on the left.
