Meet Our Counselors

Ellen Larabee MA, LPCC-S
Owner and Counselor
My therapy style is empathetic, insightful, reflective, humorous and goal-affirming. "I have always had a "quirky" sense of humor and I love that I can bring that into session with me. Sometimes being able to laugh or to see the absurdity of life shakes loose the obstacles and anxiety. I use elements from mindfulness, family systems and clinical hypnotherapy. My initial goal is to connect with you and your experiences in your world, ask questions, provide feedback, and use interventions to rebuild and reinforce your sense of self and your place in the universe."

My therapy style is attentive, insightful, understanding, warm and empathetic. "I received a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at Winebrenner Theological Seminary. I use a range of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Clients I see are experiencing difficult life transitions, emotional dysregulation, and relationship difficulties. I love being a therapist because I am able to help support individuals on their journey toward their own life goals."

Kelsey Hampton, M.Ed., LPC
Counselor
My therapy style is authentic, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Systemic Therapy, while tailoring my approach to each individual client—because I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, those in nontraditional relationships, and people involved in alternative lifestyles. My favorite part of being a therapist is getting to connect with people from all walks of life. I find deep fulfillment in helping my clients move toward greater happiness and self-understanding. My goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and validated, while providing the encouragement and support they need to make positive, lasting change.

Julie Dibble MS, LPC
Counselor
My therapy style is creative, engaging, fun and empowering. I have an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. "I enjoy working with children, teens and young adults to give them the tools to build a better life, not just renovate theirs. The earlier we are able to start teaching simple basics of concepts like boundaries, consent (yes/no/good/bad), and how to use their voices/skills to advocate for themselves and others, the sooner we will start seeing more compassionate, empathetic, helpful world leaders or even more friendly smiles on the street.
